I dunno man… the aesthetic is reminding me a lot of Unlimited Saga, especially with the little board game pieces on the world map and the character designs. I have no doubt that this game will be far superior, but still can’t help but be a little suspicious.
I’m guessing movement will be like FF: Tactics. The pieces might be enemy types (like mook or boss) rather than your own. Might as well wait for the Famitsu translations.
Yeah, the screenshots themselves are not very telling. I have faith though, after all I loved Odin Sphere and enjoyed Muramasa, so they would have to try really hard to make me not want this one.
