Sonic CD, Sonic’s time traveling adventure to prevent several terrible futures, will be available on the PlayStation Network starting tomorrow. IPhone and Xbox360 owners already have gotten their hands on the title, and now PS3 users can join in on the fun. I mean, who doesn’t want to play the game that introduced Amy Rose, as well as the totally awesome (yet regrettably short lived) super peel-out move?
And not only do we get Sonic CD, even though that would be plenty, we also get new features that weren’t in the original. Now players can choose between the Japanese and American soundtracks, switch between the Sonic CD and Sonic 2 spin dash physics, and, to top it all off, can unlock Tails as a playable character after completing the game.
Oh, did I mention that Sonic CD is only going to be $5?
This is going to be a long 24 hours…
“Work dat sucka to death! C’mon now, work dat sucka to death!” Shit was mighty funky in Japan.
I’m still wondering how we ended up with that murder music for the American version.
“”If you’re gonna something…if you’re gonna something…BELIEVE IN YO’ SELF!”
