Night-Time Listenings Wrap-Up: Week of 9/17/12

After a one week break, Night-Time Listening made a comeback. This week was the week of Remixes. We kicked things off with Stickerbrush Symphony remis “Brambles in the Breeze.” We then battled to the bitchin’ riffs of S.S.H. and his remix to Final Fantasy VI’s Boss Battle. Vincent Rubinetti makes his second appearance on Night-Time Listenings with his remix of DKC3’s Nuts N Bolts, “Grinding Gears”. We played some demonic pinball with Sword of Justice’s remix of Devil’s Crush’s main board theme. Then we wrapped up the week with a trio of remixes from three unlikely sources. What were the? Well hit the break and check it out!

Night-Time Listenings Is Moving To Tumblr. Oh Yeah, We Have A Tumblr Too!

At first I thought it would be cool to bring back the ol’ series to TWF, and to have it posted in the place that started it all: Facebook. However, I faced a harsh reality. It wasn’t guaranteed that I’d be there to post the music on Facebook. Either I was busy making an article, watching something, or even sleeping. There would be days were there would be no music and I’d have to make it up, as evidenced by my complaining on the wrap-up articles. With Tumblr, I can schedule posts to go up their own, much like I can do here on the WordPress platform. This is the one thing I wish Facebook had, but doesn’t. So starting on Monday, all Night-Time Listening posts will be on our Tumblr page, with weekend wrap-ups continuing here.

Speaking of which, welcome our new Tumblr page. Since we at The Wired Fish want to spread out to as many social platforms as possible, we’ll be starting our trek on Tumblr. It will function similarly to our main site with most articles auto-posting there. But, like Night-Time Listening, we might put up extra stuff that you’ll only see there. So if you have a Tumblr, be sure to follow us there and spread the word!

Night-Time Listenings Wrap-Up: Two Week Special

Okay then, I’ll have to backpeddle on this one a bit. There was only one song two weeks ago and nothing this past week since we were all busy with E3. So to make up for that, I’m going to do a Two Week Special. Basically, I’ll be posting 10 songs here, which is two weeks worth of music. And I’ll be taking a from each of my Top 10 favorite games of all time (As of this year. It changes sometimes). Also, the songs selected are not what I consider the best songs of each game, they’re just randomly chosen. So hit that jump and get listening.

Remember to like our Facebook page to get updates from TWF, and to see the music posted without waiting for these wrap-ups. We now have a Tumblr too if you prefer to get your updates Tumbld to you…. I’m sorry. That was a terrible pun. I’ll go in the corner an sulk with a dunce cap on.

Night-Time Listenings Wrap-Up: Week of 5/21/12

Recognize that image up there? If not, well, you’ll see after the break. So then, you already know my problems with staying awake around 10PM sometimes, so I won’t be going over that again. But that game me a chance to pick two songs that night. Songs from a game tied to a team of multicolored super heroes.

Remember to like and subscribe to our Facebook page to get updates from TWF, and to see the music posted without waiting for these wrap-ups.
